opulent wilderness survival?

"wilderness survival" courses costing $425? (for a 3 night camping trip.)

like, isn't the point of wilderness survival... learning to survive, using the crap you find in the wilderness? aka: free?

    i mean, i know that my instructor has to get paid... but... it seems a little steep.
